Merge multiple iTunes Music Libraries?

I have 4 different iTunes Music Libraries. Is there away to merge all these libraries into one without losing playcount, ratings, and playlists?

If you're on a mac- yes, take a look at Doug's script:

Tags to Get Info Comments (and Back)

Works like a charm! Run the tag on 3 libraries to copy data to the files themselves, then load into 4th library and recover the data. Nice!
