Not Played Yesterday?

I Want to know if there is a way to make a smart playlist not include something that was played yesterday or this week or maybee even this month... I know i can Put
Last Played IS NOT <10/20/2004> and manually put the date in, but it whould be better if i could just say not played yesterday

Should be pretty straight forward:

Last Played is not in the last...1 day/week whatever.

That should do the trick.
