 Getting to a playlist fast

iTunes Tips
redline

This may not be new to power users, but I just disovered last night that by clicking in the playlist pane (left side) of iTunes and then typing the first letter or two of the playlist you're looking for, that it will jump to that playlist or at least near it. This is great if you have a long list of playlists. I knew this worked for files in the column view, but I just realized it will also work for iTunes.

Surprised Scott Kelby didn't include the tip in his tips book.

I'm surprised I never noticed this before!

Typing '1' will take you to your first playlist.

Also check out the Tab key. It will change the selected pane.
