Smart Playlist for Shared Music?

On our network, we have several iTunes users that share their music. Is there a way to create a Smart Playlist for other users' music instead of just my own library?

Unfortunately no- shared music is pretty much inaccessible to any playlist function (or applescript function) in iTunes.

There may be a 3rd party solution- any ideas?
