Creating a Christmas Playlist?

I am new to the group. I have been playing around with playlists and looking to do a christmas playlist for work. So it needs to be 8 hours. How can I make it so songs don't duplicate and shuffle each time I start the list? Or does anyone have a Christmas playlist I can look at the rules?
