Identifying PodCasts?

Is there an easy way to identify podcasts?

I Have a SPL that matches all songs in my collection. it weeds out audiobooks and other mp3's that are not actually songs. But there doens't seem to be a definitive way to identify a podcast, well by the mp3 attributes at least.

Can someone please shed light on this?

I use Doppler Radio to get my podcasts. It has an option to replace any given tag with a designated word or whatever. I tell it to replace all genre with "Podcast". Since it's only downloading podcasts (not music, etc) everything is deemed a podcast. Tell iTunes to collect genre=Podcast and you're in business!
